It’s hard to know how to get better at climbing. How to break plateaus. How to send projects. These are the principles at the heart of Blocfit. From our roots in training for climbing to where we are now as a high level training facility and bouldering gym, the goal has always been to get stronger.
✔ Our curated training plans are 6 weeks long and can be started at any time that suits you.
✔ We will tailor this plan to you personally based on a questionnaire submitted at checkout. This will be used to asses your strengths and weaknesses, providing a focused regime to target your improvement as a climber.
✔ An information pack will be available for download - followed by your curated plan 3 days after submission of the questionnaire.
