You must read and sign both our Sauna Agreement and General Registration Form before using the sauna.

Please also read the following rules:

  1. Shower before going into the sauna!

  2. Wear your sliders or flip-flops (available to buy at reception). NO BARE FEET.

  3. Head to the sauna with your towel and swimsuit.

  4. Pick a spot in the sauna and sit on your towel (remember, higher benches will be warmer).

  5. Stay in the sauna for as long as you like within your booked session time, 5 to 10 minutes is good to begin with.

  6. Keep hydrated by drinking plenty of water.

  7. Take a refreshing cold plunge or shower.

  8. And repeat!
